the reason of the Acting Principal getting a basic of +30K is because she is getting a Deputy Principal Salary not principal, then with the acting allowance on the side. The 63k one looks like it has bonus added. Paye for 63k is more than 16k excluding other deductions. My suspicion here is she pays tax bonus monthly so that she is not taxed for bonusl. But I confused is post level 4 earning 34000. Yhu hayi ayikho ke le.
