The higher the Salary; the higher the Tax. His tax bracket subjects him to that tax amount. I remember this bro from the previous vid. He is practically a Millionaire right now. Like his determination!
Hy sesi...he said that after N6 u should go 2 ur local municipality to get training in the program that will be running in order to graduate...then get a job but how do u get advanced diploma as it's the one that u can money from OR do I need 2 go 2 uni 2 get a bachelor in order 2 get a proper job
i think by 'graduate salary for 8 years, just getting increases' mean that 8 years ago they got a job there via the 'graduate recruitment programme' (aka graduate trainee, or fancy way of saying 'internship'). so instead of getting the salary significantly changed after finishing the graduate recruitment/internship they got the usual salary increase (typically 5% to 15% depending on company, inflation and performance of individual) year on year for 8 years straight. Hence with 8 years of experience the salary might be lower because they chose to stay with the same employer who did no drastically change their salary. Now new graduate recruitment guys and this person earn around the same money while this one has 8 years of experience. thats just my take on what is meant.

That junior person with an honours from "uct" earning 17k rands must be 1. A woman .Black in a whyt only company 3.very unlucky.. R very clueless or unskilled.. 😢.. (Dzamn that company under appreciates them) . I thght pple from Wits and uct commanded high salaries at start. 😢
ayi the tax is too much that is too much tax i believe the government should not take more than 1/3 or more than 33% of your income regardless of how much you make
Please tell him that if you spend less than 180days in the country, you shouldn't pay tax. That is why digital nomads are so many nowadays. If he is required to travel 3-4months for work; he can also take his own personal trips to a cheap countries for an additional 2-4months. And claim back that money from SARS. Unless the US based company insists he works specifically from SA
@@sl8094honestly getting an honours does not guarantee you will earn high salaries even masters when you start you will earn less. In Tech, experience counts more than anything.

the honors degree has nothing to do with a junior developers job position. Software engineering full stack developer is separate requirements from an honors in information systems honors degree. the Azure certificates are what qualified him for the developers job not the honors. its just nice to say you have it, but the two are independent. the only thing that will get him to 35k is becoming a midlevel developer which he is yet to achieve.
@@ayandasimelane3505 you don’t need an Azure certificate to be a developer, an honours or degree is enough even a diploma. You will need Azure certificates if you planning to work on cloud which you can still get when you already inside.
