Schools in Dibrugarh may reopen soon as flood situation improving 

With a marked improvement in the flood scenario in eastern Assam’s Dibrugarh district, authorities are bracing up to reopen schools and other educational institutions.
The education department in a notice announced that schools can now resume normally with the improvement in the overall flood situation in the state. The decision has been taken after consultations with the District Commissioner.
