Sensation is a physical feeling. So holding a phone is sensation but finding it heavy would be perception right? You said it the other way round and I'm unable to understand it that way Could you kinda explain it a lill more please?🤎

Holding a phone is an act. It's neither a perception nor a sensation. Sensation is the feeling of weight in your hand, a perception is the awareness of holding a phone.
