I don't think he does. He only hated him in the 2007 rivalry. Back then they played NBA on a controller together. I think they said that they have no more rivarly therefore no more hating and pressure from each other in a 2018 press conference

@@joshjackburns I’m not sure if you’ve taken a good look at the F1 fan base recently but a good 30% of the fan base are now kids that either support Lewis or Max, all they care about is that they win. I’ve supported Lewis before he was at Mercedes, that I can say proudly, that I’ve watched him go from zero to hero and to the one every hates, like they did the Vettel before him

@@0megalul309 given how many times Lewis has outperformed Nico over their Merc partnership, I doubt he loses that much sleep over the 2016 loss. That season was just so toxic it completely and utterly ruined their friendship. I’d say Rosberg had more of a Lewis chip on his shoulder when he was in F1 than the other way round. Nico couldn’t hack it any longer and ultimately retired.
The fact that he said Alonso despite everything that went down in 2007 tells you how bad his relationship with Rosberg still is. I wish they could work things out, like Webber and Vettel did

i think this was like early 2018 when he basically didn't know Bottas that well yet. remember it took over a decade for him and Vettel to become friends despite sharing the grid since 2007 also, imagine he said Rosberg over Alonso. there was no winning to that one

To all those suggesting that Hamilton hates Rosberg because he chose Alonso... How long have you been watching F1? Alonso is a much better driver than Rosberg in anyone's book. Had Hamilton chosen Rosberg, that would have been strange. But even then you could not conclude he hates Alonso, because perhaps he was measuring them by some quality other than racing ability. In short, he might hate Rosberg, but this is not something you could conclude based on him chosing Alonso (a much better driver) over Nico.
