That multi-exposure of a partial-eclipse sequence at 0:47 is from either a Northern Hemisphere sunrise or a Southern Hemisphere sunset. The setting sun does NOT bear left (south) as viewed in the Northern Hemisphere.
Saw it from Florida. Viewed through solar filter. It was absolutely gorgeous all the way to setting. Just a few wispy clouds that never blocked the view.
I'm also from Europe, but you have to remember that the first "N" in NASA stands for "National", which in this case is the USA. ESA should make videos similar to this, I like the summary of current celestial events. There's always something to look forward to.
RufftaMan Sheesh, relax guys, you don't hear us crying when there's an eclipse in Europe and not in the Americas. I just asked my 7 year old grand nephew and he knew the answer. Find a grade schooler and ask them. Then try and figure out why the obvious was so distant to you.

No idea, also I looked at the patterns of lunar and solar eclipses and wonder why they are so different. Looked briefly a few weeks ago but didn't find a good answer why.
I was only able to see it for a minute or two a little after 6:30 only place the sun was visible was a random house down the road. Guy thought I was crazy since I had on 6 pairs of sunglasses staring at the sun lol
