I guess the contractors are people like you & me But it is their greed that makes them use substandard material for Infrastructure construction. Also the delay in Payment from the Govt. side could also be one of the reason. There should be a right mechanism in place that the contractors are paid on time & they are evaluated based on their work. A contractor with substandard work should be blacklisted.
From your discussion the conclusion BHARAT will never be a developed country. Too much corruption ,no real desire to work hard.So when Aswani and Gadkari say or promise anything. don,t believe
