Scolding a Personal Loan Scammer Who Admits Calls Are Random 

I receive scam phone calls every day. While my improv skills are weak, I try to waste their time anyway.
This call happened less than 10 minutes after I got off the phone with a Wal-Mart credit card fraud scammer. I kept going with my cranky old man persona (I'm good at that one).
