Hell yeah- ditch tobacco completely just so you don’t have to wrestle with that voice in your head. I quit smoking for the last time a year ago and one of the best takeaways from the experience so far is not having to sneak around. Smoking is oppressive to yourself, you kinda feel like you’re getting out of jail when you quit smoking. It’s still a part of you for a while after quitting, like a breakup. What’s left is a negative space, like an extra room after you lose a roommate. Without smoking you can flip that old roomie’s jack shack into a dark arts studio or a library- something positive. Either way- you’re gaining back more of your own personal real estate. ✌️
