My lambrettas are ornaments, one is in the house,(ld125 restored) the other (li125) is out on the deck outside. When I used to ride, no one had fkn cell phones!. Now I am too scared to ride amongst these phone zombies!!!.
@@TheSteelweasel good channel, love your details, my li125 has a moody second gear jump out, you think some new selector springs are needed?. Gearbox is mint, the scooter only had 1400 miles on it!.
Just watching again. With a standard set up on the front of mine, do you think it's a waste of time getting new front shocks? Is the answer symmetry and not very expensive front shocks? I see people promoting Bitubo at £300 a pair? Is that in your opinion a waste of money Steve. Cheers great video.
Yes waist of money fix the problem first, then buy some shocks if you think they are better but at the moment you dont have any suspension when the brakes are applied making the bike dangerous mate
@@TheSteelweasel I thought as much buddy. I think the shocks as supplied are not that bad. It's the geometry on the anti Dive bar which is wrong from original design. They are still doing the same now I believe. My mate is making up a bracket today for his so we shall see. Thanks for responding 👍
