"Its not a Bird its not a plane it must be Dave who's on the Train" Hit me right in the feels. Some of the most beautiful song lyrics ever written,so meaningful, you could see the emotion on his face.
I really like the song, but there are many of its lyrics that I don't The worse are the "painted cow" and "it's not a game", followed by "the rocket launcher stopped ya" Cheap rhymes on an exciting music
@@ericv-kj3du The lyrics actually make sense , when you know the references. This is the "K, the L and the F-ology" train reference : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pC_zffOenk8.html&ab_channel=KLF This is the 3AM and the cow (Ancients of Moo-Moo) reference : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HDsCeC6f0zc.html&ab_channel=KLF
I always get a lump in my throat listening to the "Tabaluga" parts.......then the whole mood COMPLETELY changes when H.P. appears, and it makes me just want to forget about my problems and just have a damn good time!
There are many comments about "It's not a Bird it's not a plane, it must be Dave who's on the train" line, but this is not a random rhyme. One of the most influential bands on Scooter's work is the British electronic band The KLF. It is referenced directly in many Scooter's songs. In this one Scooter uses a sample from the "Last Train to Trancentral'' by The KLF: "All aboard, all aboard, whoa" (1:10). The song by The KLF is not about the actual train, but this is a metaphor for a spiritual awakening. A fictional "Trancentral" being a place for spiritual realisation. So, the lyrics in this Scooter's song makes sense.
As a 92-gen kid, I was "DJ" at our company 2022 summer party. The amount of respect and high fives I got from my "older" collegues when I played this was unbelievable!
Being 45 in one week - born in 1977 - I have heard a lot of this music in the 90 and early 2000... Respect to those who still listens to it.. Also you young "kids" who were barely born at the time 💪😄
that intro high pitch voice.. 2002 - 2009 childhood have returned! I was born in 1998, but somehow i first remember hearing this when it came out! music being one my first ever memories. My mum used to play Trance, and hard dance music throughout my childhood. She is still here, and likes all the newer (but still older 90s - early 00's) tracks i find that she missed out on playing back then XD It also brings back memories of watching older Disney films, and cartoons with my sisters from that era with that trade mark hand drawn animation that everyone has come to love. Lady and the Tramp, Lilo and Stitch, My little Pony, Care Bears etc. (I didn't really like any animated cartoons from that time when i was younger). It's such a wholesome, and safe feeling I will never shake. It feels so Aesthetically different to how to interrupt things today. feels over dramatic, but that era felt like a completely different universe. A feeling I feel like anyone born after 2005 or 06 will never feel.. I could be wrong though
This song reminds me of my boyfriend who passed away. We used to party in the car to this song ❤️ Definitely remember the good times. I’m sorry for your loss.
When you see him again on the other side he will be able to tell you if it is actually Dave who's on the train or if it's someone/something else... Best wishes to you both, Nick, Washington, Tyne & Wear
@@finnpeters7867 Its electronic/dance But it doesnt matter what its is cus its better than music what is made these days. Rap is 99.999%trash, most of metal and rock with lyrics is cringe, pop or whatever the fuck it is just some singinig without no music its pathetic and theres fk ton of it everywhere. This song has moments like 0:34 where the music actually starts (today it never starts its just singing and same sht whole song) then it has those peaceful moments too aand after them it kicks in again the lyrics dont matter as long as they fit the music
Scooter lives forever!! I received first album gift on I was 7 years old ... And the beat goes on! I still have it . Best techno band in the world who's with me? Scooter forever!! We are the hardcore👏👏
He could put any words together ( which he does and often they make no lyrical sense) yet they somehow work great with the music. I miss my rave days. How did 20 years go by so fast!
Always lived my life alone, Been searching for a place called home. I know that I've been cold as ice, Ignored the dreams, too many lies. Somewhere deep inside, Somewhere deep inside me, I found ... the child I used to be And I know that it's not too late Never, Too late.
Tbh here in the UK this music is dying out but good to see you can still find these songs because when you go abroad somewhere one club or bar will live on trance
@@Glassford19 Scooter made loads of Trance in the 90s & 00s. Go check out Scooter - Trance Atlantic. Most of their mid 90s to early 00s albums had loads of Trance. Even sampled Trance records like Push - Strange World and C-Quense - Symbols.
i never forget the early 90s ! NEEEVVVER! The party..the people..the girls..uhhh yes, the girls xD today everything is different. who thought in the 90s something about terror or so..! Remember the first loveparade like it was yesterday. 120 people ...and now? sometimes this new art of life makes me sad. I WANT BACK THE 90s
Top tune I think this is the best song scooter ever made as it's a timeless floor filler from an era when dance music rave drum & bass music exploded and these majical days of fun happiness and euphoria are just memories we will never forget until the end of time!!! 🥰😍😍😎🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
What do you think god is listening to at 3am .. Dreams by fleet wood Mac?? NOOOO! He ripped that at sun down and Drinking in La is great and all but not kosher like this piece of musical ecstasy
Ahh the master who said "It does not matter what you sing, but how you sing it." True true.. Still some of the best.. The reason this is still amazing is maybe because it is actually #legendary
