She is good-hearted person. I think she did this because she did not want to lose the father of her children. Also... she was owning her part of the marital breakdown.
This man is a very rich man- he found a gold mine in her! Praise God for such a powerful testimony of His working in the lives of ordinary men and women. She choose to surrender to God, which is extremely difficult, and I know it wasn’t an easy battle to win, but she set her heart to obey God, and then He honored her with the feelings of love. I love this story because he actually has a body part of hers in him, keeping him alive, what a beautiful picture of Godly marriage. I know he regrets cheating on her, and would take it back if he could. Sometimes people feel badly about themselves, and use affairs to boost their self esteem, which is not only sinful, but also makes their poor self image worse, because they now how to live with the fact they soiled their character and harmed other people. Don’t ever do it. Go get help and healing from Jesus instead. He is the one who mends your heart, and allows you to have confidence in yourself by doing right things.
I always cry at the end of these videos when they show the people serving God and others as a result of trials which are for the building up of our faith. Praise our king Jesus Christ forever.
This all great and Wonderful, but for somebody like me who would do anything to meet somebody who would fight for me. Through no fault of my own, the beginning of my life was very traumatic, and I am suffering still. @D Lies there is no remarriage permission if your first spouse is still alive that’s why many are living in adultery without acknowledging it. That in Mathew 19:9 it’s talking about cheating in the engagement stage not on the actual marriage that for Jews it was really important to marry a virgin.
