You’ve hit the nail on the head for me.i feel so broken not just heartache and being treated like shit but other things in my life and i am shutting myself away.i go to work then home,same thing everyday.i have lost all motivation,don’t even want to meet up with friends.you are right nobody understands and expects me to be my happy all the time but they don’t realise how I am feeling inside they just think I should be ok by now but I’m not and I feel lost and in pain.i sat in my room last night cried my eyes just wishing someone would listen to how I feel. thank you Luana ❤️

Find a therapist to talk to. Sounds like you trapped yourself into a negative cycle and need to actually make an effort to feel better and break free into new energy. Force yourself to make moves and do new things

People is really superficial and changes friends, love like pants. Yes, i'm waking up, trough pain and joy at the same time, but nobody has our intensity to trully listen. Somebody there is like us, i know ✌🏻

Ciao luly tutto questo sta accadendo già da qualche giorno ...quando pensi di parlare del tuo dolore e la gente gira la testa dall altra parte ...e tu sei lì a far vedere quanto sei fragile e in quel momento ti senti compatita e una rompi balle . Però sono una persona vera ...e se ci vorranno ancora mesi prima di guarire il mio dolore vorra dire che sceglierò le persone con cui parlare . Sei sempre una grande un abbraccio ❤
