I agree. I own Xuv300. The service experience has been of a similar kind. Post delivery niggles. Under finished product. Not so well researched products. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy Mahindra vehicle. I would suggest anyone to buy under powered hassle free product rather buying powerful underfinished Mahindra products.

All our Indian companies are making excellent cars esp TML and M&M. However the customer experience in terms of after market service is lacking . Both the OEM's should straighten this phase of the customer experience. I too experience similar version when i visit the TML Servicing. I own a Nexon XZ+ . I take some extra efforts to know how they are going to tackle a given issue in the car at the service centre. If i gain the confidence in the supervisor i allow them to do it , rest i leave it for future if its not a big priority. Rest , you are addressing good points about owner expereience on your channel. Really appreciate the selection and insight of the subject you always present. Great work .

I did my scorpio N service recently and I never faced any such issues. My bill was around 3600 for 10000 km's service. I did my service in Shimla and they were really quick and gave my car back in just 2 hours. Definitely it totally depends on the service to service centre but overall they have improved their services to a greater extent.

Hello Rohitji. I have a query, between Tiago BS6 2.0 and NRG BS6 2.0, which one has better performance. Is the weight of both the cars same? If their AMT performance have improved in the new model?
