Yep but did you notice that Bi Han (Sub zero) switch his Ice Dagger to his left to right hand. That's a good details if anyone saw it closely. Oh and how Bi Han "Coldly" trick his brother into thinking that the dagger is still on his left hand.

Bi-Han would kill Kuai Liang at this scene but he didnt. Just wanted to give him a lesson for not listenning his Grandmaster and big brother.

@@agentsmith5745 Plus when Smoke came to aid Kuai Liang he knew things had gotten to far but Kuai Liang knows this is his fight and tries to get Bi-Han to see he made a mess of what was indented by their father

Kind of sad that no matter what Kuai Liang in some way always gets screwed over by the Lin Kuei and the one time he gets to keep his brother he gets betrayed for not being obedient (fitting though since they scarred him in the first timeline for not wanting to be a mindless drone)

Its kind of hard to explain but smoke showed honor. Kuai liang was prepared to fight thats 1 and 2 2v1 wouldnt seem fair. To which ofc thats how fights usually are but i believe lin kuei had this Code to follow. Rule if you may

In the original timeline, Hanzo is Scorpion and Bi-Han is Sub-Zero, later replaced by hid younger brother Kuai Liang after Scorpion kills him. In this new timeline, Bi-Han is still the first Sub, but Kuai is Scorpion, and an intro line seems to point at Hanzo being a teenager and training under the Sharai Ryu.

I am by no means versed in this but as far as I know the way it has gone in the timeline, is that Bi Han is always Sub Zero, Hanzo is always scorpion, but Kuai Liang has been both.

In this time line Kuai Liang (og sub zero) become scorpion Bi-Han (og noob saibot) is sub zero now In tower ending for scorpion there is information that Hanson is one of shi-ray rayu The question now is in upcomming DLC haos realm Bi-Han become noob-saibot so who now will be sub-zero

No they don't mk had been around for 31 years yet this is the first time the main character of mk has even been on the cover of the game not to mention scorpion and sub are usually on the middle of the character selection screen there are other characters than just scorpion and sub zero let someone else have time to shine you wanna game centers around them go watch literally any other mk game.

Scorpion and subzero were always the side characters, but they are the reason mk got famous. They are the icons of mortal Kombat, but lui kang is the main character of the story

Without a doubt there will be much more to there story once the new game comes out and I wouldn’t doubt that they’ll have bigger roles.

Scorpion and Sub-Zero were the same in everything in the franchise, until Netherrealm took over MK9, that's when Netherrealm purposely decided to make Scorpion the franchise's mascot. Ignoring Subzero, I think they thought "if Scorpion is Ed Boon's favorite, then he'll be our mascot", and that's what they did. But do not fool yourself, since the beginning of the franchise Subzero was more popular than Scorpion or equal, Scorpion only became more popular than Subzero after Netherrealm made Scorpion the face of the franchise. Unfair with subzero but... it is what it is.

Indeed. In this current timeline, Bi-Han is Sub-Zero, Kuai Liang, formerly Tundra and Sub-Zero II in the previous timelines (MK1 - MK Armageddon / MK9 - MK 11), is now Scorpion. But rest assured, Hanzo Hasashi is alive. He is the recruit that Tomas Vrbada/Smoke found.

Actually, this was a better outcome. Bi-Han was no longer a revenant, Kuai taking Hanzo's place & Hanzo being alive again, but as a boy

When Liu kang restarted history and made a new era he altered things to try and prevent as much conflict and suffering as before so things like Shang Tsung and Quan Chi are powerless nobodies. To prevent the Shirai Ryu massacre and the conflict between Sub-Zero and Scorpion he altered it so that Bi-Han (the first Sub-Zero and later Noob Saibot in past games) was still Sub-Zero and that Kuai Liang (second Sub-Zero in past games) was now Scorpion and the Lin Kuei were not assassins but protectors. Smoke's tower ending reveals that Hanzo Hasashi lives in this New Era but he is just a teenager.
