Ive seen some pretty negative reviews about Scotia Quay saying the staff aren’t nice to people, has that been your experience too?

I’ve read som pretty bad reviews on Scotia Quays and it’s sort of putting me off from living here. Would you say the reviews aren’t reflective of what it’s actually like (I’m hoping to come for med :) )
