A C90 was my first bike in 1970, rode it 20 miles each way to work 5 days a week then never off it at weekends. Now 50 years later after over 20 other bikes from a Bonnie to a BMW, Nortons and several Yamahas, still got my courier bikes, 600 & 900 Diversions and FJR1300 I've got 3 Cubs, a 70 and 2 90's, one of the 90's got used for courier work! I get more fun on the 90 than I ever have from any other bike! Thinking of making a sidecar for the 70 and a roof on one of the 90's. I wish the UK would allow trailers below 125cc!!

I have been up 3 times first time on a CB 550 4 SOHV great weather, second time on same bike it piss down I still love it . Last time was on an xj 900 good weather. Think I need to do it on a small bike or scooter @@KIWIMEDIA

Nice bike the 550 👍 I have the 400/4 F2 , last time I took it in the rain the leads broke down 🤣 got Dyna coils and taylor leads on now …. Never again. 🤣hate been on side of road with wd40 🤣 , hey thanks for watching and good luck on your adventures and hope the next is on a small bike 😊🙏

Thanks. I ride a small scooter most the time a 1955 Lambretta 150 D got a Moto Guzzi 750 if I need to go a bit faster 😁 Think I need to get a semi auto Honda for the trip , neither fish nor fowl 😁 I know longer have the 550 or the 900. Honda SOHC 4's are good bikes well my 550 was 😁 @@KIWIMEDIA

Glad to see I am not the only one who wears full protective gear even on a small bike, I have the new Super Cub 125 and am glad I do my trip was NOT in bright sunshine but a cold misty true Scottish late spring week, how come no matter which direction you travel on a bike in Scotland you always have a head wind?

Lifan 125 semi auto (jay&Jono) Yx 140 manual ( Me ) C90 3 speed bottom end with a pit bike clutch and oil pump 110 barrel and head . (Rob) 110 Lifan (John from Bradford)

Yx 140 in this vid but now run a yx 150 The first engine swap in this bike was a Lifan 125 👌

Of course it's always possible to use the wrong tool for a job, but why would you? ...tiny engine, overloaded suspension. This is blatant scooter abuse.
