Great video Colin thank you bud! We are heading here this Saturday for a couple of nights. There’s a review on pitch up that a raised fire pit is allowed as long as you bring your own. They do not supply them or wood. Can’t wait !!

Thank you for the inspiration Colin. We're Scotland bound next June for 2 weeks. West Coast, across via Inverness and Loch Ness (quick detour to John O'Groats too) then down through the Cairngorms to Falkirk and the Kelpies and finally Edinburgh before Angel of the North and our last stop at the (Original) Woolpack Inn. Bringing my official photographer with me and her Sony A7III :)

Saw the Yorkshire quiff driving back down the M6 after this trip! We were on our way back from the lakes in our crafter managed to get a cheeky light flash before Colin turned off.

Just finished watching your vlog really enjoy travelling with you,I love Scotland all areas are beautiful but you should arrange a trip to Dumfries and Galloway might be a bit closer for you and it’s just as beautiful as the highlands. Looking forward to your next trip. Merry Christmas 👋👋👋🎄🎄

Aberfoil is where TV chef Nick Nairn stays and has a cookery school. Also nearby is the only lake in Scotland, the Lake of Monteith .

"its the cheapest one they do" my kind of purchasing decision. Scotland out of season is on my bucket list pitty crossing the Irish Sea is so flipping expensive makes it harder to do shorter trips.

Thanks for the vlog. Campsite looks perfect. I have been watching the Shetland series on i player and would love to get up so far north. I’m sure you would see the northern lights from there as it’s nearer Norway than England 😢

Thanks Martin.... im using an old insta 360 one (not the RS) for my 360 stuff... its ace in good light but struggles in low light...

Hey buddy, thank you! I genuinely enjoy being on my own sometimes. I always have something to do (like walking, setting up the van, log chopping etc etc) so I never really feel or get lonely! It's great, headspace too, I highly recommend it ;)
