PM needed! LOL! I would recommend a thermostat bin control Hoshizaki TB0041. Instead of those manual bin controls. The manual controls seem to have more issues. Getting suck, or the ice not pushing it hard enough, etc. I would defiantly re-plumb the drain lines properly. Wouldn't want drain water backing up in the bin contaminating the ice... Good video!
yep. agree on both. old bin stats much more reliable & def. need to separate the drains. since the hoshi drain is up wayy high you could use a 6" extension on the floor drain up. go in the side with bin drain in the top with hoshi drain. from the vid looks like both 3/4" won't fit in drain as existing.
