Super excited about this one...have a 2wt on order from local shop. Went and threw one last week as a demo rod and had a blast with it. Cannot wait to use it on small CO streams / creeks this summer with dries!

Thoughts after a year? I'm considering the 3 wt 6'6'' for the same purpose.

osulxa it is an awesome rod! I am sure the three weight would be just as fun. I paired it with a Ross Colorado LT reel...super lightweight package all around. The rod is super playful and slow...took a little getting used to it. Obviously made for small stream so you are not throwing anything big and at a major distance. But...with a small dry, you can still get it out there. It does not do well in wind at all mainly because it’s a 2wt. Overall, super happy with it.
