AKA Scott being Scott and it's too much to handle. Idk what I'm doing. Nothing major in the spoiler department. There's probably mistakes in here, like audio not syncing up, but idc. All rights to the clips in this video goes to Marvel.
Y'know what I love? It's a little thing but it probably meant so much to Wanda when Scott looked back at her and said "I know you too! You're great!". She probably really needed that after all the shit that went down at the beginning of Civil War.
@@RogueIntel That doesn’t matter. His political affiliation doesn’t, or shouldn’t make him unlikable. Sure, you can disagree with him, but he’s still hilarious and wholesome.
Best thing would be if he managed to wear the cloak and play with it while being completely oblivious as to what he did, kinda like Vision lifting mjolner!😂
Titli Roy Well, he did intentionally go subatomic to save his family and possibly the entire Earth. I wouldn’t be that surprised If he managed to make Mjolnir budge a bit.
I have a headcanon that Sam and Scott were besties in high school, and when Scott showed up at the compound, Sam fully recognised him, but was simply taking his anger out over the fact that he got married and forgot all about his friend and didn't call even once in the last decade or something.
I think the scene from civil war must have been a good moral boost for the characters, especially Wanda, she was beating herself up about the explosion and Scot is so light hearted and fun. I just think it was a nice way to add a bit of comedy to the serious movie.
Ok but can we talk about the genuine smile on Wanda's face after Scott says that she's great? Like, he didn't even know that she was going through all this personal struggle in her powers and being seen as evil, and his just genuine compliment and reaction made her day
Makes me think that that was an unscripted reaction from Elizabeth Olsen. That was probably the first time she shared a scene together with Paul Rudd in the MCU, and maybe Lizzie was definitely amused by Paul's line delivery.
@Merari Hernandez Though he was 40-something when these movies were filmed as he's only 51 now and it's been around 4 years since Endgame was likely in primary filming.
And in “Clueless”! That’s the first thing I noticed when I watched Clueless years later. I was like “WHY DOES PAUL RUDD NOT AGE?? THIS MOVIE IS 10 YEARS OLD!! (at the time)” And now, in 2021: WHY DOES PAUL RUDD NOT AGE???
@@titliroy4713 yeah!! I luv him!! BUT I ADORE BUCKY MOREEEE my first fav avenger (if you consider him) is bucky Then ant man They are both cute and cool!!
Or he didn’t realise it was her that caused the stuff in Lagos. Scott doesn’t seem like the type of guy to pay too close attention to the news anymore.
The fact that he told Scarlett Witch that she was awesome even after she did something that everyone thought was terrible is so freaking sweet he’s wonderful!!!
There is a very funny story behind that. I think it was an interviewer asking one of the Avengers cast who would cry over the book more and they replied “Ant Man.”
@@adventurekitty1016 well it was actually David Tennant from Jessica Jones Netflix Marvel Series. He had asked who would cry on reading fault in the stars and he answered Paul Rudd. Then bam! here goes the scene of Scott crying over fault in the stars book in Ant man and the wasp (fyi English is not my first language)
@@p_j3094 you English is better then most people. Also how did I forget that David Tennet said that. I usually remeber stuff easily that includes someone from Doctor Who? Lol thanks though
Scott is the only MCU character who was genuinely kind to Wanda even with very little screentime together, i'm pretty sure he knows what she's capable off but he doesn't seem to be afraid of her powers or sees her as a threat. He's just that kind of a person, putting all the crime he committed asides? He's up their with Cap when it comes to being the most pure hearted character out their. I hope to see more screen time with him and Wanda in the future! Also he's one of the most underrated Avenger out there along side Clint! ❤❤❤
3:40 Notice Wanda is all serious. Been through enough sh*t at this point, even before IW. 3:46 Now, after a genuine compliment from Scott, she's smiling. Nice little detail that not everyone thought she's bad or a menace.
3:45 I’ll never get over Wanda’s smile there. With how much she’s been through and how much the public is scared of her, hearing Scott call her great meant the world to her.
My favourite part. Gets me every single time. 0:21 Scott: Your fiance is an asshat. Maggie: He's not an asshat. Jim: Hey! Watch your language! Scott: Oh what language. I said HAT.
i can’t be the only one that wants to see a scott and wanda friendship. like they would be so good with each other. and even a trio like scottwandavision, it’d be hilarious.
0:57 You try and entertain a 10 year old when you can't leave the house A true everyman hero. Dads all over can relate during 2020-2022 (and maybe beyond)
