Abby The Judge sustaining them shows that the attorney is doing his job. You should be more annoyed that the prosecution is asking questions they aren’t allowed to, or that they didn’t prep any of their witnesses on what they could and couldn’t say. If the prosecution did that the defense would have to object.
@@brandismith3911 Witnesses I'm sure get nervous on the stand, and even if the prosecutor preps them and tells them to only answer the question they're asked, I can see a nervous person saying too much in response. So the defense is doing their job when they object.
RE: Steven Ceynowa testimony I wonder if Reid stayed to hear about his alarm system. Misused security system = no security Cameras not in use, doors not alarmed. Why bother at all... Very sad.

I agree, especially the owner of the house. He gave his name, occupation, address, phone number, list of valuables in his house, etc. all the info a thief needs 😟
I will never understand how witnesses....who are one of the MOST IMPORTANT determining factors in wether or not a victim gets justice and wether a defendant is set free or locked away.... get on the stand and mumble, whisper, and respond umhm, uhuh, + in other very unclear ways. It is Amazing that any case gets settled.
As an aside, I found this little tidbit from this upstanding guy from his competency hearing. (Yes, he tried to plead crazy, already). From article: Spaulding also ordered Nelson not to write any other letters to Judge Anne C. Conway, one of which began, "Yo b****, it's me yo boy in dah joint." "I need you to stop doing that," Spaulding said. "What would happen if I do?" Nelson asked. "If I feel like writing a judge, I will, no matter what you may feel."
Yes & one of his biggest complaints to the judges in his letters has been the food in jail. Lol. He’s thoroughly disgusted by the fact that he’s lost 40 lbs & still no one is catering to his needs. This asshat is a piece of work.

wow, i find it really strange, that phonenumbers and adresses (mr.burman) are told openly with rolling cameras. i am from germany, this would be an absolutly no no in court here. privacy. i would be really uncomfortable to tell my phonenumber for everyone to know over a courtcamera. there are so many trolls out there

Because it’s his trial and the judge needs to ensure that Mr. Nelson doesn’t have any matters he needs to address to the judge without the jury present and to ensure he is getting a fair trial.
The judge as the rest of the court defending and prosecuting him are aware of his dealings with all his previous convictions and need to directly ASK him the same questions so he can't later try to file some kind of wrongdoing by the court to TRY to get away with HIS actions and or convictions. Basically he f***s with the judicial system. In and out of jail and lives in the jail library to TRY to find ways out of HIS wrongdoings.

He doesn’t have a defense. Like zip. Nothing. Nada. His only reason for going to trial was the temporary placement in the local jail & the opportunity to testify. (Which was entirely disgusting bile…)

Are the Lady Prosecutors new or something? Even I can tell that they constantly lead the witness. They should just ask, “So, what happened next,” and let the witness tell the story. All these objections by the defense is ridiculous but necessary cause the prosecution is constantly doing it.
WOW, that female prosecutor is really getting under my skin. She is being unnecessarily rude to her own witnesses. Maybe too much coffee can explain her rushing and and being so pushy. She is being very unprofessional, condescending to everyone that has been on the stand so far, Including the judge... I'd rather look at the redhead hair do defence lol😕... Than trying to remain calm, content and in a good mood listening to the contemptuous attitude of this condescending obnoxious prosecutor 💩. Maybe its just me, but the questioning by this prosecutor seems to be all leading.😑
The defendant should have gone to the library and used a computer there and gotten on a free dating website. Many desperate women would have let him live with them, fed him, and given him money. Sadly, what I say is true!! It beats murdering someone to get their ATM card.
