They need to find the person who told him about Jennifer, especially since he told him what he was going to do 2 days before he did it. He had a chance to save her life and didn't take that chance. Assuming this scumbag is even telling the truth about that.
This D-bag still can’t even see how the lack of personal responsibility he refuses to accept is why he has suffered. It’s not the fault of everyone around him. Society needs to call people out for this destructive mindset before more lives are torn apart. Stop this behavior at a young age, for this is the results.
I really feel that there are certain cases.....this one and ones that are just as sickening and evil..... that the person responsible should not be allowed a trial. They should immediately be taken to a cold dark basement thats filled with everyone who loved the victim and those people should be allowed to unleash fury! Eye for an eye!
Late to the game again but - "I'm starving, I have no food, I have no water....no one will help me......so I go down to the fountain and I smoke some cigarettes.." Ummmm.....sounds like a choice was made - cigarettes > food/water.....people don't want to help people who won't help themselves.
This judge has to be the most irritating judge alive. Why does he ask the murderer if he acknowledges the jury everytime they come back from break, like he deserves to be treated with such respect. This is not necessary, I've never seen a judge do this in a murder trial. I would be so infuriated if this was my loved one.
it was explained in the comments of another part of this video, the judge wanted proof that he was aware of his surroundings so that a retrial or similar issues were not easily obtained
So he makes an example out of someone he already knows is a cleaner ...... great!!!! That's the point he lost whatever sympathy I had. had nothing yet he spent over $450 at Walmart including 4 or 5 cartons of cigarettes.
