Actually watch the video... AFTER the crash, That means the police were investigating the fatal crush, and Scott decided to drive around the crash investigation which caused the fight with police...
It's terribly disrespectful to everyone involved. They have no shame, trying to get more clicks tying in someones death more than it needs to be. It's pathetic

ITS THE TRUTH! I know you mad this happened, but he was STUPID for doing that. He's AMERICAN so he knows better. YOU DONT DRIVE AROUND A POLICE CRASH SITE unless INSTRUCTED! And then he drug and officer 10 yards. He risked it all for a Golf game. *** All he had to do was let them know who he was and allow them to let him through. ***

@@hellyesitsjoewhy are you replying to everyone with your copy/paste nonsense? They wrote the headline to intentionally make it seem like he was directly involved in the crash. Defending this is weirdo stuff. I could say “world #1 golfer detained after (literally anything that has happened in history)“
He thought he was special, and used the median to bypass STOPPED traffic after someone was killed by a bus less than an hour earlier in the immediate vicinity. Sounds like they were doing their jobs to prevent another accident.
@@MikeyDee2869 by throwing him out of the car, handcuffed him and stuck him in the back of a car with no questions asked? Yeah Scottie was in the wrong and should have stopped and told the officer (who was NOT in uniform) who he was. But should the cop use excessive force for something this small?
@@toddseales8222 Jeff Darlington was being over dramatic. He wasn’t thrown out of his car, as Jeff stated. He also didn’t say “please help me”. He said to Jeff “can you help”. This is not on the police. They have no idea who he is, or his intentions. Everyone else was stopped, and following the directions given by police.
Police obviously thick as a plank, he thought it was security so was attempting to get past to go to the course, he didn’t know it was a fatal accident! The headline as with the sky reporting almost initially suggests he had something to do with this accident, as others have said, really poor reporting!
Just another example of cops escalating a situation, and using excessive force. I hope scottie sues the hell out of them! That cop needs to lose his job.
If a police tells you to stop while investigating a traffic fatality and you don’t, decide to drive over a median bc you are “special” then you deserve to go to jail. Cops did nothing wrong here. What is wrong are ppl like you encouraging that aholes entitlement of he’s special. Guess he’s isn’t. Good job Lvill PD
*BACK THE MEN IN BLUE* , PGA leading the way with fans. Hey *SCOTTY SCHEFFLER* ( you now have a record and a court date for endangering a policemans life ) Nobody is above the law. GO LIV GOLF !
Drove past a cop signaling him to stop and continued with the cop on the hood to the entrance. Thank goodness it wasn't a Black golfer, or they'd probably be dead.
