Hello & Welcome to this special tribute program from Harnetty Railways
In this video we feature some of the mainline steam locomotives that had made an impact in Scotland not only in steam days but also during their preservation careers.
This video is in memory of the 3 people who had lost their lives including the driver & the guard of the 1T08 ScotRail HST service from Aberdeen to Glasgow Queen Street yesterday morning UK Time after a derailment resulting in the 1st railway fatality for 13 years since the virgin pendolino train crash at Grayrigg on the WCML in 2007.
Also this is a tribute video to the emergency services in Scotland who attended the scene for their teamwork, dedication, skill & bravery who risked their lives to save others.
All my hearts, thoughts, prayers & condolences go out to everyone single person who have been effected after the tragic accident & those who had lost their loved ones.
The Locomotives we feature in this video are
British Railways
