Scout Rifles More Scout Rifles and Scout Rifles to come. 

Folks, I don't make a dime off of Scott's rifles so I can say the following without bias. Even Scott's Tier I Scout is a superb rifle as we found out in the August Jeff Cooper General Rifle Class and the Tier II was beautiful and performed superbly. When I reflect on the number of rifle issues we've had over the past 25 years in these classes I can imagine how much faster the students would have progressed if the rifles from Van Dorsten Custom Firearms had been available. I very much look forward to the Master Series rifle we collaborated on and will unveil on Colonel Cooper's 101st birthday, May 10, 2021. Stay tuned!

I've owned a remington 700 and a Howa. Absolutely a fanboy of both.

I have the Ruger Scout in 5.56. I have a scope mounted over the receiver, I couldn't get used to the forward mounted scopes. I'm very pleased with the quality and precision of my M77 Scout, and not bad for $600. I've taken it out to 600 yards no problem.

Just seeing this today on Memorial day 5/30/22. I love Howa 1500 actions. I like your style .those scope mounts look Super.

Good information here. I run a 16" south paw Ruger Scout. Love the whole scout concept, except that noose of a 3pt. sling. Does my traditional 2 point sling disqualify my rifle as a scout? So be it. Leupold FX II IER 2.5x28 for optics. May switch to the Vortex 2-7x32 scout scope for more power and versatility. Thanks for sharing your video! Thumbs up!

Is scout one avaliable in .223 or 5.56?Want it for a quick handling calling rifle don't need .308 for that,don't hunt big game anymore.

Your fixing end shake video. Can you tell me the part number for the reamer you used to trim the yoke. I can't find one on brownells or anywhere else. I have found the inside reamer.
