2:56 The tanker you're thinking of was Mariya Oktyabrskaya. Her tank was nicknamed the "Fighting Girlfriend." She was killed in 44' after exiting her tank to repair a thrown track. She was wounded in the head by shrapnel, and she passed 2 months later. Following her death, she was awarded the Hero of the Soviet Union.
@@sovietturtle9881its was using gaijins soviet bias plus in the movie for some reason there where groups of Pz4 -h’s and they pull one by one come up in front of the kv1 take a shot amd git ammo racked
The Rhzev maps are amazing- basically a mix of the good parts of stalingrad and good parts of moscow. Although there should be a low br soviet vs low br japsn campaign too
@Quadro there is movie > Battle for Sevastopol (2015) A story of Lyudmila Pavlichenko, the most successful female sniper in history.A story of Lyudmila Pavlichenko, the most successful female sniper in history.
in-doors look so dark for me even when i turn up gamma correction, specially when looking inside a building from outside. is there a setting for that or this is a filter?
Hey quadro, Loving the new BR and matchmaking, been playing with br 1-2 for the past few days. With some of the weapons br being change to low tier. I been wandering if they would change a flamethrower to br 2. It would make sense because of the flamethrower tank we get at tier 1. Just a thought
depends on the video. Gameplay videos like this are typically about an hour or two, plus another hour for the gameplay, and maybe 15-20 minutes for the thumbnail. guide videos or tips videos are typically much longer, since they require tons of different gameplay background footage and way more work for editing
ey yo so since the Rzhev Update I get fluctuating FPS especially on the ground and even 10 to 20 second freezes. I fear thats that a problem since the global illumination update since I see some shadows and weird stuff when the game is loading at the start of the games. I get it that its always a bit buggy after major updates but this is borderline unplayable. anyone have this problem? I can't find anything on the forums.
Ongong! Even with the lowest graphic settings lighting and shadows. Forested areas or near enemy rally points I get major frame drops and in the first 15 seconds and last 15 of the game and my computer heats up like hell
@@thegreenguys9138 yep even when Flying I usually have 30-40 fps yet when I fly down into a town/Forrest it dramatically drops to like 15 fps. same with infantry. walking in a city or with many buildings just drops the fps... its like the global illumination just heats up my PC.
Personal opinion, but I feel like artillery call-ins shouldn't be instantly visible to the enemy. Only shortly before the final barrage comes in. The ranging shots give enough time to pull all your guys out of the circle, wait for the barrage to finish and run back in. Not always possible, but quite often nonetheless. Would give the radio squads way more viability than in it's current state.
I noticed that too. I usually wait until a few friendly squads are closing distance then call it in. They probably won't capture, but you scare enough away that you get cap progress. Then shoot the retreaters from your sniping flank.
I mean I usu run snipers in my radio operator squads to do just this. Speaking of the rocket artillery radioman..... is that an event squad. Please no😢
