This is probably my favourite SCP so far because they are holding back the scarlet king without any foundation tech

When I heard Crimson Khan it was already obvious, Crimson is pretty much just another word for Scarlet and Khan is a title given to a ruler in central asia. 100% without a doubt it's the Scarlet King back with his shenanigans at being so mysteriously obvious with his connections

I am sure this was written by a Turk or someone who knows a lot about the idea of Turan in Turkic culture. Indeed, Turan's one of the main objectives is to protect the human kind from all forms of evil by whatever measure is necessary. The unification of tribes at the end refers to this idea in my opinion. Well written

Wait just a minute... Is the Scarlet King and the Devourer of Worlds the same entity then? Scarlett has 7 brides, and 7 "children", whilst the Devourer is bound by 7 chains made from the bones of his 7th bride. Now we have SCP-3838 linking back to the Scarlett King but also creating a similarity between him and the Devourer and the 7 seals, 7 brides, 7 tribes. Are both entities the same and are just references to different time periods? This really has me thinking they're the same entity. Though, if they are, that would imply either these are all fake SCP entries or Scarlett is the real 001.

I love the connection between Scp-213:the seven brides of the Scarlett king Scp-2137: a door to another world that holds the devoured of worlds and has 7 chains binding him. Scp 001: the Scarlett king Also: The Scarlett king has many names as long as there's something red and something royal or demonic so crimson is a shade of red and khan is the leader of a tribe so crimson khan is an alternate way to say Scarlett king.

Seven brides? Yep, 231 right there. Crimson is nearly the same as scarlet. And the seals and chains thing make me think of the chains that keep SCP 2317 prisoner. Pretty probable that Scarlet King and Crimson Khan is the same thing

Damn it is just so obvious. The 4th tribe is accommodating to the Law of Blood of the Scarlet King, imposing an iron will on the peasantry through armies of slaves, just as Dipesh Spivak said, properly sealing the King away. This also match quite nicely with the poetry, in wich is said that one of the tribes does not belong to the King, being this the 4th tribe, wich is the one who actually knows the Law of Blood. Given this, if they are actualy starting to use a more diplomatic way to get along with the rest of the tribes, it is plausible that the King would be able to get free. Now this is just a theory but probably the 8th tribe does not exist, and is just the King itself. Think of it, without the 8th tribe there are 7 tribes, wich is the King's favorite number.

I have a suggestion, not an SCP but more of its lore, particularly the Church of the Broken God. Qabil and the divided sects should be spoken about more since it has its own cool story about the Broken God and each sects different ideals and ideologies.

so what I'm hearing is that 3838-4 and 3838-7 are trying to keep the scarlet king away while 3838-8 are trying to help him rise. what ever battle got them into the 3838 area was 3838-8/the scaret king followers vs 3838-4 & 7, maybe the others as well and the temporal area is both a prison for maybe 3838-8 and a seal against the scarlet king

It is posible that the Crimon Kahn is the scarlet king, but my theory is scp 2317 The destroyer of worlds. He is held down by zeven chains of wich 6 are broken. It is said in the song: They forget the howling CHAINS that bind me safe away. Only one remembers and is not bent to my will. seven seals, seven tribes, six reclaimed, one shal be mine. The seven tribes are the seven chains. scp 3838-4 is the only one who remebers and are keeping him away. And i also think that scp 3838-8 is the same or are the folowers of scp 2317. But i do have to say my theory is not flawles. as i have no explaination about the 7 brides. there he is hiden behind a urn and not a door. And the fact that a crown is mentioned is also not relatable with my theory (as far as we know becous it is not known what scp 2317 looks like). but i still want to share my theory.

To clarify: the scarlet king, Mecha the goddess, the flesh god, that one spacial anomaly that tortured that scientist dude, the Black Moon, and several intense anomolies are all a part of this SCP Story?

Is there a chance that SCP 3838-8 are the Children of the Scarlet King? "One shall be mine." could mean the eighth tribe is already under his domain. "Six reclaimed" could mean different things though. What does "reclaim" mean in this context? Could the Foundation, not to mention 3838-4s, be helping delay the end because of their desire to reunite the tribes?

Here is what I have surmised about things: SCP-3838-1 were on the fringes of Daevite Society, close enough to have heard tales of their religion to incorporate it into their beliefs, but far enough away to not be wholly affected by their attacks. SCP-3838-2 seems like they have fashioned themselves off of the Daevites' mythos of the Scarlet Kings' warmongering daughters and were likely a group that was absorbed into the Daevites at some point. SCP-3838-4 sounds like they are a group of people that had broken away from the Daevites and have taken up arms against the apocalyptic gods' followers. SCP-3838-6 are definitely Mekhanites.

Reminds me of a dimension hopping tribe from an old fantasy book "le seigneur Sha" part of a series with stars in the title Yes it was about 15-20 years ago and french, so good luck finding it

I feel like some explanations are missing. I get these tribes are all from different points of time, but it sounded like they regularly swapped out with each other at the start (EI: Only one group at a time occupies the steppe). So it is more so a meeting place between these different eras of time?
