With all the students clipping through each other, hearing sounds that shouldn’t be there, having their face details disappearing, and falling through the ceiling into rooms, I wonder if Todd Howard had a hand in this school’s construction.
Chemical 110 is a shittier version of the existing amnestics the foundation used, basically second-hand and a lot more hazardous to to person taking them. The woman taking them had memory problems due to the UIU applying that chemical to her, can't blame the UIU, since they don't have the best of the best and likely bought that batch from the foundation themselves after it probably expired
I think a bigger part of it is the SCP effecting their minds. With the whole "it's just a prank" and "hello". I think the people there who entered the anomaly never left on some level. So the people who the teacher new who thought about it more were worst of because it kept shredding their minds.
I would recommend to check out the SCP Declassified subreddit for a pretty good explanation of this one, but I'll paste the conclusion here because I think it summarizes everything nicely: 'Remember the students acting like it's normal in face of clear paranormal activity? Remember the principal ignoring the issues and pretending nothing is wrong? Remember the unnoticed faces in the hallway of the underground school, silently watching and judging? This SCP is about how awfully small communities and towns treat the wrong-doers. There is no forgiveness or release in the end, the spiral of dark secrets only goes deeper and deeper, hidden underground, buried to be forgotten, with all the suffering still present, like the endless schools going deeper and deeper. The mounting spiral of pain has no end, layers hidden, below layers corrupting the town to the very core.' The poem over the arch is basically saying the same thing. That poor girl who got pregnant but got ridiculed and shunned by the community, she had no where to turn to and eventually drowned her baby in the pool and sought refuge with the entity that was below the school (or maybe she became it and there was nothing there previously). What I like about this SCP is that it speaks about something that's real and sadly still prevalent. It's presented in an anomalous way here but these kinds of attitudes and actions are present in many communities (especially small towns) all over the world. Edit: If you read the original SCP article for long enough, it will play an audio clip of someone saying 'hello'. Scared the shit out of me the first time lmao.
Ya, I had that hellp happen to, and I fucking died. Like it was 3 am and alone in the house with headphones, and I fell out my chair having a heart attack bruh, no lie I had to leave an calm down with some taco bell XD
Another classic adaptation of djkaktus by theVolgun. The SCP is mostly stand-alone, save for one very sneaky reference (“Syncope”). If you want additional context, The Exploring Series has a breakdown you should watch.
In regards to this SCP... do you recognize the bodies in the air? We're waiting for you. This is a Class of 76/Sychropy Symphony SCP. All that nice psychological suburbia horror, especially around 1976/77? That ought to be your instant top of the list of 'uhoh'. Not all of them are quite as... hair-removingly terrifying as the lovely bodies in the water... but they're all that horrible in the end. There. Are. More. Can you see them? Can you see them?
@@kacperkonieczny7333 Yes. I know that, Have patience with me. It kind of feels like i accuse someone of having multiple personality disorder. Or talking to a demon. Like that biblical fuckhead Legion.
He keeps saying "amnestics have come a long way" I think that is the least of it. It's probably a combination of dementia and the effects of the SCP, that is doing it. I think the reason the kids and staff kept coming back to the school was because the anomaly was affecting their minds.
Fun fact, this happend in 1976, there is a group of interest, call the class of 76'. There is a lot of scps about that class. Including the bodys in the water.... a forest full of oaks trees with children still alive inside. And many other.
This SCP is part of the Class of 76 which the Exploring Series has a video for it "Exploring the SCP Foundation: The Class of '76 " with a follow up called "Exploring the SCP Foundation: SCP- 4833 - The Syncope Symphony", which take a closer look behind the group who has their fingers in the Class of 76.
This is one of the few where i tell people to watch first the Volgun video to get immersed adn then the Exploring Series Video for a bit of an explanation. Also it is loosely related to other SCP stuff (especially by djkaktus), mostly the Class of 76 and Syncope Symphony.
Oh shit, oh shit! This is such a good one! Edit; if you liked this boss you need to check out more of djkaktus, like the Ouroboros Cycle and not to mention the four knights and Adam El Asem. Eventually you will be ready for Mamjul & Korar by Rounderhouse which is right up that alley 🤟🍺
Funny thing for you to mention the bodies in the water (which I do not recognize) during this one. Someone really needs to start shoving the ones connected to this on you already.
From the same faction that created, "you do not recognise the bodies in the water." Looks like you are going to need to do a scp syncope symphony reaction.
I agree with his assessment of the 10th cheerleader. I would just add that I think she was a powerful reality bender who went mad (triggered by social stress) and willed her mental delusions into reality. The cheerleader squad got the burnt of her punishment because they were probably involved in her bullying.
So many nopes. Not enough nopes. The 'SCP-610 - The Flesh that Hates by TheVolgun - Reaction' is suggested on the right. I think I'll go watch that afterwards to relax.
This scp is connected with scp 2316 the bodies in the water or the field trip. Then connected with 1833 the year 75 or 76 photo album from the highschool. And then connected with scp 7676 the Symphony. Also there a story not to fade away a second part to 2316 that explains things. Also " the class of 76 " scp video will explain a bit more to you about the connection with all the connected scp.
"This SCP is about how awfully small communities and towns treat the wrong-doers. There is no forgiveness or release in the end, the spiral of dark secrets only goes deeper and deeper, hidden underground, buried to be forgotten, with all the suffering still present, like the endless schools going deeper and deeper. The mounting spiral of pain has no end, layers hidden, below layers corrupting the town to the very core. " This comes directly from the creator. Apparently the story is that there was a team of 10 cheerleaders at Salvation, and due to some weird genetic thing? (possibly inbreeding?), most of the town is unable to conceive children. Now when the 10th cheerleader gets pregnant, suddenly the entire town turns against her, including her teammates. She ends up giving birth by the pool, and then ends up drowning her baby in the water. However the child survives and emerges inside of SCP 3935 as something else entirely, probably growing up and living inside there... From then on the entire town would start being punished for turning away the 10th cheerleader, leading to the 9 other cheerleaders committing self deletion via hanging as their own guilt lead to being unable to help the poor girl. We aren't really told what happened to the 10th cheerleader but the *devil* is in the details. This SCP represents the 9 circles of Hell. However, the 10th cheerleader is underneath the 9th circle. This is confirmed via what one of the agents says about the 10th being under the 9th. Trapped and all alone for eternity, and now that someone has woken her, the madness is starting to go haywire. The arch is VERY reminiscent of the "abandon all hope ye who enter here" thing above the gates of hell.
Um boss..isn't the reason folks like us don't die in horror movie is because we be the maniac that is doin said killing? oh that reminds me...where did I put my chainsaw..
i hate the fucking overuse of non-euclidean every L.P. Lovecraft wannabe uses it and its the equivilent of technobabble in horror and some SF. THE MEANING OF NON-EUCLIDEAN IS SOMETHING WITHOUT RIGHT ANGLES aka. ITS CURVED! EVERY PLANET IS NON-EUCLIDEAN!
