Creepier is that in an instance, 956 stayed next to a wall and stared at it for a long time. Wondering what it was trying to do, the researchers analyzed where it would be pointing at, and it turns out that it pointed towards a fricking elementary school 💀
@@ceilyurie856 Though I don't get why they would reclassify it because it looked at a school that was miles away. Classifications are there to say how hard it is to contain, not how dangerous it is.
@@O111e probably because they didn't fully understand the extent of it's abilities and they thought they had it under control until that event i guessed they still haven't found a way rn to prevent it's abilities from manifesting like that again
The description of this SCP seem to have been changed, as it mainly affects children below 12. However its true adults eating the anomalous candy die from cardiac arrest but children below 12 who eat the candy are transformed into a new piñata. This anomaly is known as the Child Breaker.
They can also sense the presence of children miles away. I read the file, apparently one researcher had noticed a 956 instance would always face west in its containment unit. Upon investigation, he found that there was an elementary school in that direction - one that his son and his son's best friend had disappeared from. SCP-956 was transfered to a different site immediately.
According to what I read on the Foundation wiki regarding SCP-956, it only kills children, preferably under 12 years of age. Was this vital information censored from this presentation to avoid problems with RU-vid or is this information wrong?
fr, alot of scp's these days made by 8 year olds go along these lines "SCP 69420 IS IMMORTAL, HE IS 5000 TRILLION METERS TALL AND COULD EASESAILY BEAT 110000000000 SCARLET KINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111"
@@Frostyy_y14 yeah its better when that stuff is left with extremely good writing like scp 6820 (what happens when we finally kill 682) and day breaks. Events that arent confined to humanoid generic evil demon entities that are gonna erase the universe just because. Its way more fun to read scps that show the bizarre side of anomalies like the soul extractor, wooden horse, 674 gun and more. Things that give flavor with weird quirky (arguably objectively useless) abilities that has depth on their implications
One of my favourite aspects of Pinata's is that they're deceptively durable, there's usually at least a few obvious weak points but blinding smacking one has a tendency to prove ineffective so it's kind of cool in that sense that it's next to indestructable as an SCP and *requires* containment.
WAIT WAIT WOAH. Okay so the paramedics see he’s not responding physically and THEY DO CPR?! that’s only if your heart has stopped THEY DIDNT EVEN CHECK HIS PULSE. *whew* i’ve been watching a lot of Doctor Mike and it’s rubbing off on me.
Allowed myself once the joke to bring a Piñjata filled with Condoms instead of Candy to the 20th of a friend. As she ripped open, everyone was for solid 10 second silence bevor erupting in an insane laughter.
Actually, Dr. Bright did host a Christmas Party in like a very campy sitcom sort of way. It had special guest stars of Dr. Rights, agent Strelnikov, and even had little commercial side stories that involved certain SCP's learning a lesson in the spirit of Christmas. If you want to celebrate Christmas with Dr. Bright, this is the closest you can get.
Bro I know the choice to omit the explicit violence against kids might’ve been a censorship choice or something, but that goes against everything SCP stands for.
@@doodoofardass its primary targets are kids tho, to the point that while in containment it knew the exact direction of the nearest elementary school a number of kilometers away.
Piñatas don't come with candy in them (because they would grow old and stale). they need to be filled with candy before being used. That distinction makes it pretty easy to identify SCP 956
Why would anyone eat candy found in a dead body? Regardless of how it got there, I can't think of anything I'd rather not eat more than corpse candy. Well, okay, one thing. But I don't even care to think about that stuff.
@@Tyty-ux9hw What is one thing that comes out of a human body (usually while that body is alive) that would would not ever one to eat? I was trying to be discreet here. If that is not enough, translate "mist" from German to English in the Bing translator. Make sure your translate *FROM* German into English. "Mist" is a "false friend" that is a word that sounds the same in two different languages, but has an unrelated meaning.
Imagine you were at a party and a person brought a piñata and then another person tried to smash it and then they turned into a piñata the one dude in the corner would go like dude let’s eat the remains of our friend
Acabo de descubrir que la traduccion a los videos se mantuvo en este canal por unos cuantos videos mas, tengo mucho q ver y escuchar de la voz de estos grandes locutores
@@wisemysticaltree7074 that's interesting But i meant they literally lost a full as creature and it's still loose Or like one they keep in an area with fences and walls far away making the creature thinkn that it's free but in reality he's contained they just won't let him see or go near the edges Cuz im imagening a creature they keep contained on a huge part of the woods with hidden cameras, no one is allowed inside the perimeter and if someone or something somehow gets in they immediately become it's property and no kind of rescue, extraction nor retrieval is allowed
