This game looks nice, but what i really liked about the original scp game is that you had to learn what everything did either through reading the documents in game or through trial and error. This game just tells you what to do.
Well it makes sense in the lore of both games, in the original containment breach game you were a D-class survivor after an SCP 173 containment breach, there’s barely anyone else around with you and no one would even think about helping a death row inmate escape a deadly situation, but in this game I’m pretty sure you’re sent there to help gain control of the situation, so they’d be telling you what to do so you don’t mess up and get everyone killed
I can understand developers trying to put some "collect stuff" in their games, but i'm sure the SCP Foundation has more lying around than batteries which last minutes the moment you put them in a low powered flashlight :p. Thanks for uploading, does seem like a nice game otherwise.
But you (the player) are not the first human to try and survive. If I I'm not mistaken, people have been trying to survive after beeing freed from cyrosleep for more than 3 years, which would explain the lack of resources.
No problems with a lack of resources. I just don't like how games tend to have batteries or lanterns which last minutes. That and needing to eat 5 full meals every day to not be starving of hunger xD.
@@Yominokun1 The food thing is reasonable, you aren't collecting meals ready to eat, and the extra stress and physical exertion may make this scenario more plausible
Nah, it's only a very early demo. Once it has been finished, it'll be more than what has been shown. The Devlogs look very promising. But gotta agree: _The Demo was mid._
@@THEREALSCRAPPY on the gofundme, it said the project was all or nothing so I took it as, if they don't get the remaining 50k over the next 30 days it's scrapped
@@cliffordwilson8070 they did address that and said they have some big names planned to do videos on it. Plus with the demo getting and update today it’ll be an even better experience.
