Butter is rich in Omega fatty acids that are healthy for you. This of course is only true if you buy well made, grass fed butter.

Butter does make you obese just like everything in right amounts, problem with butter is that is processed fat but with same nutrition value. 100g of butter has 900 calories which most people forget, while they just keeping increasing amount of butter they put in their dishes. And all Gordon did was make healthy scrambled eggs unhealthy by almost tripling their caloric value. Beside that everything else you said about proteins and fats is correct.
