Law is same for everyone you can't stop anyone from doing business, it's like if i put an electronics shop than i fight with the government to scrap flipkart and Amazon. Goan will be always goans, first few days they will show all they strength and later they don't have any power to show. They should have stick to scrap goa miles till the end. But they surrender them self. That the big shame for all leaders of taxi owners.
Just to start goa miles taxi just started with their reasonable rate, they will increase their fare with year and that will be expensive than local cabs.

Now that these taxi drivers are stuck because of the app, these guys are now saying they are ready to put meters. What happened when the High Court passed an order to put meters on their taxis? why did these guys not comply? Hanv ek niz goenkar, feel for the goenkar but it can't be a loot goenkar.

I don't know y the govt stopped taxi batches, cuz it ws safest mechanism to the state govt, And the locals got employed. The batches were a proof dat u r a goan and u could drive a taxi in Goa. So if v hv the batch again v vil know that it is a Goan n vil take care of the tourist... We don't need Goa miles, or anybody out of Goa. The procedure of the batch. PCC, CID clearance l, local panchayat and Mla crtft.
Why these taxi walas are not bringing their own app. App based taxi is good for customer to pick him from any point and drop him. No need to go to taxi stand or hotel to call taxi

Next year this govt will make kadamba bus app and will pick locals from house to house and will tell local bus owner to join app then they will go off road.dont talk take action

I support the Goa Miles app. Taxis are overpriced, with rash and rude drivers. The current system purely loots the people. Government should only care about the benefit of the common man and not play to the interests of the few taxi mafia. Nobody cares about the people who want to charge more for less work. The arguments made in favor of the taxi drivers are baseless. They are just afraid that due to the shift to Goa Miles, the entire illegal network that runs Goa will be largely affected.
