This was one of a job lot of old rusty Honda engines that were basically sold as scrap. I want to see if we can bring this one back to life again and restore it to running condition.

You don’t half get some right cheek cunts out there , leaving negative comments, they don’t appreciate that you are displaying how to restore engines back to working order , taking time out your day to set up the cameras and the editing and showing the details of a restore 🖕 the haters

Hello there! I usually check restorations and similar videos on youtube and dont worry, every major channel has its negative comments but you just got to move on and improve every time. What I like the most is the little details on knowledge that you have and go unnotices because you dont explain them on the video. Btw, congrats for the magnificent toolshack you have, its every man's dream 😉

Really enjoyed watching this again . Having come across some of the negative/bollocks comments made previously. Found it very interesting and informative with loads of little tips and reminders , also appreciated the useful links added in your introduction. A practical restoration that worked. Thank you.

Amazing what a clean up can achieve. You did state that you wanted it to run not necessarily a renovation. Complainers should just enjoy the process. Well done, an entertaining video.

You do awesome work You must get em for free people thinking they will never run again But you know what your doing and take it a next step further than anybody i ever seen and actually restore them run and operate with almost %95 of it's original parts! You must have awesome garage sales/flea market/offer up and sell em as slightly used! Awesome good work👍

I like the way you work, only tear into the stuff that needs fixing. If it ain't broke leave it alone. Keeps your cost down yet full fills the purpose. Good video sir, i thought for sure after watching the video about the water pump engine that was at the bottom of a pond you were going to really tear into this one. But you didnt need to! 7 pulls and she was running and zero smoke! I enjoyed another one!

That carplan choke and carb cleaner, for the price (£1 a can in the uk) is by far the best value for money cleaner I've found. Also their brake cleaner. Its not the best, but for the price, its outstanding.
