It's the police patrol one lanes on hwy 90. Now they don't do all of the blocking of parking lots and parking bays for crusin the coast. If you do for this event do for others as well.
There's bays in the beach you can sit at 24hours ,someone in law enforcement just needs to take a little time and show where we can park or have a designated parking lot
You can illegal it but it’s gonna be just like tinting a car. Some cops like it some cops don’t. Some people know how to drive responsible and some people don’t.
