I've never seen the woodgrain method with the pliers before. Thanks for the tip!

You are welcome my friend. Welcome to my channel. The idea for this whole channel was to have people learn some stuff and to take some of the mystery out scratch building. Thanks!!!

Thank you...appreciate the comments. This one is intense, totally hand built and I got to brainstorm my way through things. Should wrap up nicely though once I start to go through the RIVET MARATHON process!!! lol

Never heard of the wood grain idea before. Certainly keep this in mind in future.

Yeah...pretty cool once you get it painted. Looks like real wood grain after a drybrush. Crazy how it works. I just taught myself this stuff by accident and trial. People woodgrain "Plasticard" in a similar fashion so decided to test this out...and it worked.

Thank you for the consideration...I understand, I do yap a lot on these things. My philosophy though for my channel is to explain the WHY of doing what I do, more than showing the HOW. I could show you 45 minutes of cutting, sawing and gluing...but not sure if that adds value. Anyway...thank you again and I will try to do better in 2022!!!
