Been practicing these at the moment, slowly working my way up to double-timing them, 100BPM is nice speed, not too slow or fast but a good bridge to reaching 120MPM/60BPM double-time.
I'm also trying to mix them up so I can practice attacking them at different notes and places in the sample.

What I've been practicing lately: Tears, Stabs, Transformers, 2 Click Flares & Chirps
Each practice session lasted approximately 15-30 minutes.
