If they’re gonna keep recycling their titles and making 4k releases of them I’d definitely love to see Tales from the Hood, Idle hands and Night of the Creeps

I just sorted my collection by boutique label and I’m at 43 collectors editions w/slip, 6 Steelbooks, 39 collectors editions w/o slips, and 29 standard releases from Scream, also the Omen and F13 box sets. My favorite blus are Creepshow, Nightbreed Limited Edition and Invasion of the Body Snatchers

Scream factory's release of Brian De Palma's Carrie was the first release I purchased from them. Its more than a classic film, but since its the first one it has the most sentiment in my collection. I love they release films that were huge in my childhood/teen years: House on haunted hill, Th13teen ghosts, Dawn of the Dead '04, Dead Silence and I watched a lot of beloved 80's films because of them like Night of the Demons and My Bloody Valentine
When NightBreed got released, I couldn't afford the set with both cuts of the film, so I got the one with the directors cut only. Scream Factory set my the ser that you have by mistake. I got in touch with them and sent it back, but they let me keep that poster. I'll upgrade it to 4K just so I can have the theatrical cut. My favorite release is Phantasm II. It's too bad they couldn't do the rest of the series. I'm also hoping they release John Carpenters Vampires on 4K. I didn't get that blu-ray. Because I had just bought the twilight time release of it along with the Blob. They were crazy expensive. Yes, I ordered the blob on 4K
I love the Universal Horror Vol. 1 and Murders in the Rue Morgue blu-rays from Scream Factory. The Fridays, Halloweens, and Psychos go without say. They have George Romero films. They have Chucky. They have so many greats.
My wife and I are one of the people who received the limited edition boxset of Nightbreed by mistake. They sent me an email (I still have it) asking nicely that I return it on their dime and that we could keep the limited edition poster for the mixup. And we did.
I'm surprised you didn't bring up Army of Darkness, having all 4 cuts of the film and an extensive making of documentary, it's easily a Top 5 Scream Factory release in my book!
Great video Christian I have some of the ones you showed but there are still some that I don't have I miss the old days where you would have combo packs with the Blu-ray and DVD plus the artwork would be really good and then they just stopped doing that
Scream Factory should give you some kickback. I used this video to help me with some purchases on the big Shout sale this week. I dropped couple hundred but got so much stuff.
Great video - those releases look fantastic. Lots of titles I haven’t seen to add to my watch list. I agree ROTLD is the greatest horror movie of all time - the Scream Factory 4K is great but shame they didn’t do something like a big box collectors edition with goodies included. Just ordered the part 2 same slip version that you have off Ebay 👍🏻
After watching this video I checked scream factory, and learned of all the other Chucky movies getting released on 4k later this month.... RIP my wallet! Between all the releases during Halloween time and my many trips to Spirit Halloween I break the bank big time.... I mean today was my first trip to Spirit Halloween for the year (I do dozens of trips) I already spent $200! This is what this time of year does to me!!!!
When I think back to the way SF use to do stuff vs how they do it now, I think damn, they really went to shit. They use to be totally phenomenal. They don't even put in an effort for artwork anymore. Not even reversible artwork. The handful of people still buying from them are getting ripped off big time for the most part.
