This system is one off the beginning on screen printing 50 years ago I printed shirts this way I love it .we also print rolls of cloth on a 30 foot table is great way to print we use organic inks on those years way before plastisol great video

Há 30 anos ou mais eu fazia muito degradê em estampas e uma coisa que ajuda muito a manter a mistura das cores por mais tempo é prender na tela com fita uma quia de madeira onde o rodo vai ficar sempre encostado na hora de puxar, com isso o degradê fica mais perfeito em toda a produção! Se deve sempre usar o rodo compatível com a largura do desenho, isso é regra, ajuda na produtividade assim como as passadas de rodo devem serem padronizadas não no olhometro como a moça faz no video!!
We used hair blower to dry the prints to prepare for next print. But when we finished printing we take it off from the line table and let it dry under the sun. Heatpress for the final curing. ❤️
I made a negative film in this video. We just label the film with colored black or white. It's for our festival display. We limit screens to three frames maximum.

thanks ❤️ we just used gradient technique to have more colorful effects. In this set up we make two screens for black shirt. First screen is base white. some of pattern remains white. Then we add gradient color as our second screen to form multicolor print in two screens only.
