It's totally acceptable to do the same joke over and over in a recurring sketch...As long as it gets laughs. Carson did it in some of his trademark routines.

In fact, people usually love people based on their trademarks. Abbott and Costello were constantly asked to do "Who's On First?" despite the fact that absolutely anyone and everyone was entirely familiar with it.

I tried that "pinata" search on Microsoft and got links for crazy piñata, which is was most probably what they were looking for. I think this one is mocked up, not a real search result.

Watching Jimmy do "Headlines" is painful, he's so bad at it. You're supposed to read a good portion of the ad before getting to the "punchline". Also he needs to be more original with the ordering tickets skit, he's done it three time. There are tons of other sites that use CAPTCHA. He could be a little more inventive is all.
