I also like the examples from the videos and how it shows how you have to watch the legs and hips of the defensive players

Good video. On the last video black 34 had his feet and knees outside of his shoulders. Does that make the screen illegal?

If contact happens on the feet or knees then yes the contact would result from an illegal screen. However, if the contact happens within the frame of the screeners body, the protruding appendage would be irrelevant.
