Tropical Storm Debby is starting to make its way through the CSRA's southern counties. One of the areas expected to get hit the hardest is Screven County, where our VIPIR-6 Alert Team is expecting as much as 12 inches of rainfall over the course of the week. We spoke to EMA officials to see how the county is preparing.
