@Elon Musk Who cares what she attributes it to. She made the right moral decision, and if she chooses to attribute it to God and not herself, that's her business.
@Elon Musk Who are you to say that God didn't give her the strength to walk away? You have no idea what you are talking about unless you die and then somehow get brought back to life to tell the world your story. Until then stick to talking about things that you have knowledge on. I know those subjects are very limited, but I'm sure you can find something
Pedigree 1-2-3 Pedigree 1-2-3 “you have no idea what you’re talking about unless you die and then somehow come back to life to tell your story.” Well, go on, die and come back. I wanna hear the story.
How ironic that Sauter was fed up with the Truck Series and he ends up being the series champion later in his career. Also, I was confused when Tony said he was racing for the Harvicks at an '05 race while the #33 was on the track. I forgot KHI ran a second car #83 in a number of races that year.
CORONITAMAN He is one of the biggest babies in motorsports. He’s lucky he even gets a ride every year. There’s a video on RU-vid somewhere of some of the prick moves he pulled including yelling at his crew in practice.
Chrysalis13 and that the Texas incident happened just before Dale Jr. was announced that he was going to Hendrick. And that Kyle Busch and Dale Jr. were involved in the same wreck at Texas
Dale Jr. didn't replace Kyle Busch in the 5, Casey Mears did. Dale Jr. went to the 25 car which Casey Mears drove in 2007. So Junior replaced Casey Mears, not Kyle Busch.
I used to despise S&P teams, felt like they were wasting space and resources. Then I found out how outrageously costly and expensive things have got just to even run 1 vehicle let alone multiple (along with the piss poor prize pool) and suddenly my mind changed. Even worse for instance: You can run two trucks in a race, have one win and it still wouldn't be enough to cover the cost of building, assembling and running them. Hell, BKR is shutting down and that team has CUP support. So much for NASCAR "Saving teams money".
Patrick White the last time NASCAR production cars was the 70’s. The current cars look the most like their road counterparts since that time. However the cap of development is a good idea because it would keep the big teams from running away with it.
Matt Snyder: "So Kevin... What Happened?" Kevin Harvick: "....... Hit the kill switch, doesn't need to be in there" He thought long and hard as to what he was going to say there.........
This made me look up Jennifer Jo Cobb. I find it hilarious that she actually attempted to qualify with Mike Harmon racing, given what he ended up doing a few years later.
@@moose030406 the incident in question is basically mike was charged with stealing some of jenny's equipment including 1 hauler 2 xfinity cars and 5 trucks
I bet some are thinking safety. That Jiffy Lube car was a good example. That driver doesn't want to be a jerk, and did what's best to avoid crashes and possibly save lives
I'm trying to remember who was interviewed but he brought up how bad NASCAR handles things especially with novice drivers taking dangerous risks that results in massive pileups. He had a bit more detail into the similar frustrations Stewart had.
I like how Johnny Sauter said he was running trucks as a hobby but then parked over just a drive through penalty like he was some great driver... Where you at now Johnny?
And then a special shout out to those doing it every week & run 2-8 laps, pull in, park & use the following reasons for their DNFs: "handling/bearings/vibration/exhaust/no tires/overheating/got the hankering to eat tacos."
Jeff Green Morgan Shepered Mike Harmon (XFinity) Stephen Leicht Gray Gauling (XFinity) Nrom Benning (More and more recently) Jennifer Jo Cobb (More and more recently) Joe Nemechek (More and more recently) Carl Long These are the remaining start-and-park drivers. Their usual retirement reasons include Brakes/Vibration/Rear Gear/Electrical/Ignition/Overheating/Handling/Suspension/Clutch, you get the drill.
It sucks too because they only come to Martinsville in Virginia now. That's a good few hours from my house. Richmond was a great track for them, and they need to come back here
Jennifer Jo Cobb got screwed pretty hard there, Smoke/Harvick didnt seem to like losing a race they thought they were competitive, Kyle looked like my neighbor who lives across the road from me, and Johnny Sauter should have tried harder
She tried to. Rick Russell, the guy (read: man so inept that insulting him would be an insult to insults themselves) that ran that 79 team, then attempted to counter-sue Jen, blaming her for suddenly deciding to park the car (despite a witness confirming that Rick was the one who changed his mind, not her), and rather than deal with his ineptitude, she just quit. I applauded her for that decision, and, even though I know some people still side with him, I've been a fan of hers ever since.
I was on Jennifer’s side at first for refusing to start n’ park. The way she worded it, she was a racer and she won’t partake in S&P. Now she enters the #0 truck to park after lap 10 every other week, and she’s been doing it now for a couple years. Huge hypocrite.
Except the reason she refused to start and park for this guy was because he basically never told her that in the contract and only told her when the race started before then proceeding to terminate her contract in the same day (again, with no warning). Hardly hypocritical to refuse a Start-&-Park for a guy that basically violated the contract before she even started and then years later, actually do it for the sake of saving money and the team (Its basically what Joe Nemechek does just to make sure his son can race).
Have done it once in a kart race! Not a fan of kart pickers ! Did one lap parked and went home! Actually ended up being hired to work there the next season! Work the morning A+D race then the afternoon race was my pay ! Then go back the next week and work the club races ! Had the best seat in the house at turn 1 ! Got to race a lot of our local pros indoors during a Canadian winter so heard the money and wreck stories and sometimes calling it the day the right thing to do !
What about the time were Carl Edwards called it quits in the Budshoot out after being blacked flagged for going under the yellow line, then making the drive through pit lane and getting another black flag for speeding. He then quits the race. Wasn’t that in ‘05?
Jesus Christ, you have these guys who literally just park it and call it night if one little thing doesn't go their way. Especially Johnny Sauter, You're gonna park it because other people are faster than you and you know you're not gonna win? No wonder you're still racing trucks today, Sauter. Meanwhile, you have a pleb like me who would die just to get an opportunity to be in NASCAR.
he right. johnny should be making use of that track time. Ok ur setup is shit. Figure something out that will work for next time. Instead he throws a fit and parks it. Not a winner in any sport. Not sure how he kept a contract after that or sponsors.
iD0theTUBE so Mike Borkowski is better than Danica? Basically the same career paths. Oh yeah that’s right. Danica has relative success whereas Borkowski was fired for crashing every single race
She deserves more credit for racing and doing what's right instead of starting and parking. What kind of talent is that???? You are suppose to race till you can't race no more...accident or mechanical issues.
Remember back before it became Wokecar and people would actually talk? Wokecar is so woke I'm waiting for the entire grid to pull off and let Bubba Wallace win every race.
I'm tired of NASCAR and their stupid ass rules, especially letting these 18-20year old kids out there, drop the dumb shit NASCAR and what's the deal with the chase for the cup,run what you brung and hope you brung enough
