I like the in-universe implication of how everyone knows that the Trailblazer is utterly dangerous. The way Screwllum says "but I must warn you, it is likely that someone would step forward to stop you" and looks at Trailblazer, it was not a threat toward Silver Wolf, it was a guarantee. First with Screwllum, he's a mechanical life form so if someone as talented as SW challenges him, they would be on par with each other, but eventually the victory would go to Screwllum bc he's not restrained with humans limitations. He can do hackings consistently without losing it's quality overtime. Now with Herta. I think silverwolf is the better hacker but it's bc hacking isn't Herta's main thing. This also isn't to say that Herta cannot surpass SW in hacking but it would be the same thing as cheating tho cus it would require the power of Nous.
