I read yesterday about two more attacks. one guy was spear fishing another sleeping on the beach. If you are in croc country you need to play by their rules!
Indeed, I felt very sad and, if I'm honest, angry with the man who caused the death of two innocent animals. I've always thought it odd that wild animals who have attacked a human being are shot on principle. As I watched your drawing of 'Liz' I thought it a sort of 'in honour' or memory' the innocent animals who died needlesly. On a more general note I've enjoyed watching your tutorials. You have talent and a relaxed and reassurring voice which I find conducive to learning. Keep up the good work.
This is really great, and I'm going to have a go. My work is so painstaking I often feel the need to do something art-related that's more relaxing. And your crocodile really reminds me of Ronald Searle's drawings and cartoons. I loved his work as a kid.
A gorgeous scribble drawing with ink. Sad to hear about that story about the crocodile 🐊 on your trip. Thanks for sharing this wonderful technique for loosing up with art. I really appreciate it.
I am absolutely fuming with that man! My dog is my baby and I'd never dream of putting him at risk like that. Wish the croc had eaten him instead! And humans killing animals that are just doing what they do really annoys me too. Sometimes I hate humans :( On a more positive note, I Love the scribble drawing x
Oh you beat me to it.. I have my crocodile lined up for my next scribble drawing. I absolutely love doing this. Yours is fab-u-lous. I so wish I could do it like you!
That was fascinating to watch and I love your commentary along with it. I haven't done much drawing at all and haven't seen anything like this before. You are so creative, Liz! I really liked how you flicked those random marks and I did like the color and splashes added at the end. I will have to check out your other scribble drawings and maybe try one for myself!
What a fantastic subject for a scribble ink drawing!!! So inspiring I can't wait to try it. They always start out so humbly and when you added a damp brush under him at the end.. wow
@@LizChadertonArt oh your so welcome .. Iv just started to do some urban scribbling this last two days… it’s great to try different techniques out… I will continue to watch more of your lovely videos.. really pleased I found you 😊🙏 have a great day x
I don’t believe Calli should be used in a fountain pen as it is acrylic ink. if you do, flush it out immediately after use. It is waterproof and will dry in your pen. Also as it is waterproof it will not run in the way this blue ink did, but you can always dilute a little and brush it on.
thank you for the feed back. If you feel it is too complicated why not take the technique and use the tips with another subject. or suggest one you think would be better, and if I can I’ll do a film?
Thank you Liz, I noticed afterward that this is for beginners like me :) Do I need a reference photo ? Your scribble is amazing. I liked the other day the video where you drew with a fountain pen, on one line, houses scene, adorable an fun to watch :)
What a beautiful croc! I've never seen a pink croc before. The scribble drawing is very effective! Great way to convey the lovely texture of the croc's skin.
