Can you trigger the effect to multiple reactions at the same time? let's say... trigger both frozen and melt reactions using charlotte (giving hydro, pyro and cryo the bonus)?
Good question, it should be possible, I know I have a clip where I can make hydro, electro and dendro react at the same time. It didn't occur to me to try with melts or vaporized

It depends on the situation if it is better to use this set or another, but as I said in the video, characters that typically use Noblesse, Instructor and Tenacity, such as Kirara, Zhongli, Layla, Dehya, Charlotte, etc.
I mean, the crystallized shields aren't that good, but Kachina doesn't do much personal damage either, so it's an option. Xilonen is a similar case, but You also can take advantage of her healing, so it's a more difficult decision.
