This is the next project bowl in the book by Carole Rothman "Scroll Saw Wooden Bowls". It is a square bowl with rounded corners. I used all scrap pieces from my shop to make the blank both 3/4 and 1/4 thick material with the 1/4 layered to make a 3/4 piece. I liked way it looks. I moved up to a number seven blade and a 1.6 mm drill bit to avoid the blade flexing in the thick cut. It left me a little more sanding to remove the drill marks than I like. I will go through my bits and find a slightly smaller bit as this bit made a little larger hole than I needed for the blade.
