Hi Sunanth, i have been following your channel from Last few months, any i must it's help me a lot to understand the scrum. I am working as a project coordinator and want to become a scrum master. I my current organization i am responsible for managing projects quite similar, as a scrum master..also act as BA sometimes to support the Analyst team. From here i have a question...... In our company we follow the hybrid process which is a mixture of waterfall and agile. Where we used to plan or analysis the entire requirement 1st and set a fixed budget and timeline, and then execute the project through several sprints....but if I want to follow the propper agile then what should be our approach for such fixed value project??. Because we know agile came into the scenario when we can't determine the entire scope of the project at one go, eventually can not determined the costing. So at the very initial stage what will be our approach to the client.. suppose we can determine the scope as well as can bound the budget and time line, but don't want to use waterfall. And the client also seeking for a fixed budget upfront., So what will be the approach in that case with agile! Please share your opinion.
