The South Carolina State Marching 101 Band marches in on September 22, 2018 to Oliver C. Dawson Stadium in Orangeburg, SC.

Over the pond here in the UK we have nothing that even touches this level, at least what I have seen anyway. The mixture of culture and music is so mind boggling and exciting to watch and the timing is spot on. Love it!

The video production was very good. The camera person is ready for the next level. The video framing and shot composition were excellent. Everyone else, DM's, dance team, flags, and marching band are the best. Thanks for all the hard work and long hours of practice...it shows, good job!

1 Essa banda foi simplesmente impecável. Subi o som e fiquei surdo, mas foi sensacional. 2 O único conforto que temos quando sabemos que vamos morrer, é saber que haverão várias dessas garotas trajando biquíni branco nos esperando no paraíso (eu espero ir para o paraíso depois de morto, mas não tenho certeza). Um grande beijo para todas elas daqui do Rio de Janeiro. 1 This band was simply flawless. I turned up the sound and I was deaf, but it was sensational. 2 The only comfort we have when we know we're going to die is to know that there will be several of these girls in white bikini waiting for us in paradise (I hope to go to paradise after death, but I'm not sure). A big kiss for all of them from Rio de Janeiro.

I graduated from a HBCU. Sometimes I feel as if I graduated from all HBCUs. I want all HBCUs to thrive. It's a source of pride for me. That said, when y'all come to that paragon of higher endeavor and achievement which shines from the highest of seven hills in Tallahassee, Florida,, we respectfully reserve the right to spank dat azz.

I feel the same way. In the age of Trump, as an aged 50+ black man, I LOVE ALL HBCUs, and want all of that black excellence to SHINE LIKE NEVER BEFORE! I noticed the FAMU reference. Four generations of my family are FAMU graduates including my mother (FAM-C). I am a MOREHOUSE MAN!

I went to THE USC. 45 min west of Orangeburg. I love the101. They have been a staple in the Carolinas for decades. Every band member ever should receive a key to the city. BIG UPS to the drumline for kepping it all together. Horn section is 100! And those damcers.....Wow! Thangs in the game done changed!! Always clean. Never tainted. Always on time!!!

Are we gonna ignore that at 8:14 they hit one of the best harmonies I have ever heard from a band. I wish they would of held the note longer then proceeded. I would even add more. But this was truly a show of excellence in musicianship and choreography.

Im smiling from ear to ear, although I didn't attend a HBCU (I was accepted by a major white university in Louisiana) but my high school was primarily black and the band was always the talk of the town. These guys and gals work just as hard as the football and basketball teams. That's hard work... great job to one and all.

Well Coordinator and precision. I must say I truly enjoyed the whole entire performance. When I say everything was o. Point. Let's not talk about how extraordinary BEAUTIFUL the ladies were in their white. Just stunning. Best I've seen on here. You can tell they practice long hrs , I know... FANTASTIC

I watch a lot of bands on RU-vid .....not bad , not bad at all . Good camera work , very nice looking girls , not nasty very classy. . Drum Majors where on point . color guard stood tall , very nice , keep up the good work you do .

3:32 Love is the Key. Absolutely loving this. The 3 captains in front with their military precision contrasted by the dance moves of the girls in behind and that mighty horn section. Very uplifting.

Lose the women in the white swimsuits. They aren’t band material, they can’t even march. I suppose they are to be considered eye candy, but really, the color Guard isn’t enough? The Drum Majors are that much farther from the band. It’s about matching and music, not seductively walking, and pelvis thrusting, and dancing down the street. Sorry, I’m old school.

Stats university change a lot remember when I was little kid I used to run all over the campus and clafin university building the background because my grandfather and his sister gradatued from state. I use to go to all of state home games even homecoming man times flies and I also grow up being HCBu all of my life by I miss those days
