Scuf Controller VS HEX | WHICH IS BEST 

thank you for the review. I just started playing COD and I am looking for a controller to get better and more precise. I have been on the fence with scuff and now I dont think they are on the list anymore.

Hello, I have a question for you scrap. Your video was in my recommendation great information and straight to the point. How long did it take for hex to ship out the controller?

Im so happy someone has talked about the scuf’s thumbstick accuracy. Atleast in mine, it felt so inconsistent and slower than regular Xbox controllers. I have only used stock controllers before and when I’m playing my shooter games I can feel the difference. I’ve built the muscle memory to move the stick this far and it go this far on the screen. But when I do the same with the Scuf. It wouldn’t make it to the designated spot. So I would be missing shots for the first 2 weeks that I got the controller. Now that I built new muscle memory for the controller it works a little bit better. I believe maybe it’s tightened just slightly more than an Xbox controller and maybe it’s designed to be for barely adjusting your aim and to be precise. Either way it isn’t the same as a stock controller. And k looked on their website. I couldn’t find anywhere where you could adjust the stick tensioning. Although the sticks are super important. Everything else really makes up for it. The two back buttons in the middle aren’t easily accessible. But most people aren’t going to be using all 4 paddles anyway

I feel like Scuf is a hit or miss. I've been using my Scuf Instinct for over a year with zero issues while others have had to replace their controllers just after a few months of use.

Thanks for your review, i'm lookin' around and tryin' to find a new controller after my elite series 2 broke down. This honest review helped me out a lot and i think i'm gonna give hex a chance, so thank you and go on!

I just got a custom xbox elite 2 controller through Amazon and it was broken out of the box. Right trigger was broken. So thanks for the info I will probably go with hex.

I own a Scuf Instinct Pro and as long as they don’t go back to the old rear paddle system, I’m a loyal customer for life. That said I had a minor thumbstick issue while still in the 6 month warranty and sent it in for repair. Decided that just in case, I need a backup so I ordered a Hex Ultra X just like you reviewed. Have not received it yet, but I can tell you I’m impressed with Hex already. They are a China based company so I expected a long long wait just because of the international shipping. Today is a week since I ordered and it’s already in the US awaiting pickup by the USPS. They built my controller in a day, had it delivered to the shipper immediately and it’s spent 5 days waiting for customs clearance. Best thing about Hex, unlike other controller companies mentioned, when you customize your controller you don’t get nickel and dimed to death. Base price for the Ultra X is $189.99. Adding in the adjustable trigger stops costs $10. After using a sale code I got the controller for 5% off and it sold for base price of 189.99. No shipping fees. I will always keep my Scuf because it has the best rear paddle/button system I’ve ever used and I love 4 button controllers. But my spare is always gonna be a Hex from now on.

I've been having mechanical issues with my Hex. I got the Advance back in July. The end of December it bugged out and the right stick would just automatically go all the way to the right (even if it was straight up and down) and then pulling the right trigger would make it go left until you released it, then everything would be flying to the right again lol Contacted them and they replaced it and sent me a new one, well past the warranty. Cool right? Well, not really lol. The new controller came in on Jan 24th, so I've had it a month and half and the right trigger has absolutely no click. It still works, for now, when you press all the way down, but the click went away after 3 weeks of having it... pretty bad So im currently trying to get in contact with them to send me another new one, since this one is still in the 3 month warranty range. So just beware with hex, I've gotten 2 bad controllers back to back

The first thing I notice about your Hex controller is how ugly that color scheme is, really bad. Not to mention the finger buggers lol. The Pink scuff isn't much better. You have horrible choices in taste. Please get this man a red or black cover
